I'm new to the group (obviously!), and have had an on and off again love affair with Linux for many years. Usually I would play with a distro, and then end up going back to Windows or OS X when it didn't immediately meet my stupid expectations (it wasn't Windows). Now I'm on a quest to rectify my former shortsightedness and do the real geekwork to finally switch for good.
